Well, the weather is suppose to break on Sunday and return to a more normal mid-80s. It has been in the upper 90s this week and tomorrow, Saturday July 7, it will top 100 degrees!!
Now you can understand why this ole boy has not been on the water fishing in such unbearable heat and humidity. I have, however, been swimming and staying in shape in our inground pool. Thank goodness we put that pool in when I had my hips replaced 7 years ago. It has been a Godsend on days like we've been having lately.
Looking forward to getting back on the water and fishing... River is low and hot!
